*Our production time for custom made to order pieces is subject to change during peak seasons, and depends on complexity of the customisation.

Once your order is processed and shipped, transit times found below take effect:

Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Arrival Date

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is shipped.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase as our team does their best to process your order as quickly as possible.

RETURN POLICY

We typically don’t accept returns or exchanges for customized products, such as rings with engravings, customized designs etc.
